Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of C# applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Architect and build containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop microservices-based architecture for complex enterprise applications.
- Implement and manage Microsoft SQL server, PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
- Utilize New Relic for application logging, monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues in applications.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the development process.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.

Required Skills:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in C# development with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.
- In-depth understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database management and optimization.
- Familiarity with Recent Relic for application logging and monitoring.
- Experience in implementing CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Newrelic, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
