Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Planning: Lead the design process, creating conceptual layouts, space planning, and architectural drawings, including sections and elevations. Develop and present creative, functional design solutions tailored to the client's needs and project requirements.
- Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of interior design plans, including integration of electrical and plumbing systems. Ensure all designs comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
- Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings for construction, including floor plans, elevations, sections. Ensure accuracy in all design elements, particularly concerning electrical and plumbing layouts.
- Material & Product Selection: Source and recommend materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures in line with the design vision and client budget. Provide product samples and options for client approval.
- Site Visits & Project Management: Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned. Collaborate with contractors and vendors to troubleshoot any issues related to electrical, plumbing, or design discrepancies.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Manage project timelines and budgets,



ensuring that design elements are completed on time and within the allocated budget. Monitor the projects progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Sustainability & Functionality: Incorporate sustainable design practices and functionality in all designs, considering the environmental impact of materials and systems used in the interior space.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience as an Interior Designer with hands-on experience in designing layouts, sections, elevations, and incorporating electrical and plumbing systems into designs.
- Software Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Other Skills:
- Strong eye for detail and materials.
- Creative problem-solving and space planning ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

Office Timing- 10-6:30 pm

Working Days- 6 Days

Work Mode- Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
