Job Summary:

Bidyut Innovation Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all aspects of financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The Accountant will play a critical role in managing the company's Management Information Systems (MIS), budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash flow management.
- Management Information Systems (MIS):
- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS reports for financial tracking and analysis.
- Provide timely financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.
- Cost Control and Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for cost reduction.




- Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Payroll Management:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- Handle employee reimbursements and other payroll-related activities.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a technology or manufacturing company.
- Experience with financial reporting and MIS management.
- Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
