Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR and

recruitment operations. This role offers hands-on experience across talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Get exposure to work on International hiring.
- Work exclusively on the Campus Connect project, building relationships with Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 campuses.
- Reach out to colleges/universities and coordinate with placement cells for internship hiring.




- Manage end-to-end coordination for hiring interns for ongoing live projects.
- Maintain and update the campus contact database to track outreach and responses.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for campus engagements, ensuring smooth communication between institutes, students, and the internal team.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools or platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
