Position - Showroom Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kottayam showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in the building materials or construction industry and possess strong sales, customer relationship and showroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable window system solutions.
- Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.




- Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors and homeowners to promote products.
- Maintain showroom presentation, product displays and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in the Showroom Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage showroom operations independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Salary: Rs 15,000/- to Rs 25,000/- per month. Salary will be revised based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
