- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards)
- Data Analysis and Report Preparation
- MIS Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Data Management and Database Maintenance
- Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
