Job Summary

Manage international buyer relationships and export orders for textile and garment products. Handle the complete export process from buyer communication and costing through documentation, shipping coordination and payment realization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage buyer accounts across international markets, including Europe, USA and the Middle East.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery and quality terms with overseas buyers.
- Coordinate sample development, buyer approvals and bulk production schedules.
- Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping bills and LC documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs house agents and shipping lines.




- Ensure compliance with buyer quality audits and country-specific regulatory requirements.
- Track shipment status and provide proactive updates to buyers.
- Follow up on payment realization through LC, TT and DP terms.

Requirements

- Graduate with textile knowledge and mandatory export documentation experience.
- 0–6 years of experience in textile export sales.
- International textile buyer communication skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation, including LC, shipping bills and COO.
- Export-market costing and freight/shipping coordination skills.
- ERP and Excel knowledge.
- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Knowledge of GOTS/OEKO-TEX and compliance standards preferred.

Pay: ₹33,300.00 - ₹58,300.00 per month
