About the Role

Squirrel View Private Limited is hiring a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter for its recruitment operations team.

The position involves identifying suitable US IT job opportunities, reviewing candidate profiles, aligning profiles with job requirements, updating resumes where required, submitting applications, and following up on application outcomes.

This role is suitable for candidates who want to develop their skills in US IT recruitment and staffing operations.

Responsibilities

- Identify relevant US IT job opportunities through approved job boards and online sources
- Review job descriptions and understand position requirements
- Review candidate profiles and identify suitable job opportunities
- Match candidate skills and experience with job requirements
- Update and customize resumes based on relevant job descriptions
- Submit applications for suitable opportunities
- Track applications and maintain accurate status records
- Follow up on applications and recruiter responses
- Coordinate interview-related communication when required
- Maintain daily activity and application records
- Meet assigned productivity targets
- Use recruitment platforms and internal tools for daily activities
- Follow company procedures and application guidelines




- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information

Eligibility

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in the following areas may apply:

- US IT Bench Sales
- US IT Recruitment

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in US IT recruitment.

Training

Selected candidates will receive 2 weeks of paid training from the date of joining.

Training will cover:

- US IT recruitment basics
- US IT job sourcing
- Job description analysis
- Candidate profile evaluation
- Resume customization
- Application processes
- Recruitment tracking
- Communication and follow-up
- Internal recruitment tools and processes

Probation: 1 month

Work From Home Requirements

Candidates must have:

- A personal laptop or desktop
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- A suitable workspace
- Ability to work the assigned shift
- A private environment suitable for handling confidential information

A backup internet connection is preferred.

Important Information

Pay: ₹184,000.00 - ₹226,000.00 per year
