Salary:₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month(Depending on Experience)

Job Summary:

5Core Inc. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Executive / Manager to oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, customer service, order management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth operations while continuously improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across online marketplaces.

Handle customer support, complaints, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Monitor and manage order processing, dispatch, delivery, and post-sales support.

Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, QC, Packaging, Listing, and Logistics teams to resolve operational issues.

Identify root causes of customer complaints and implement corrective actions to improve product quality, packaging, and processes.

Ensure timely execution of operational tasks and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.

Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.

Requirements:





2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

Strong knowledge of order management, customer service, returns, and operational workflows.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently in a remote environment.

Comfortable working USA Night Shift.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum age: 28 years or above

Immediate joiner preferred

Excellent spoken and written English

Stable high-speed internet connection (150 Mbps or above)

Own laptop/desktop with webcam, headset, and dedicated workspace

Proven experience in customer care/customer support for Amazon Seller or other e-commerce seller accounts

Experience handling order management, returns, replacements, refunds, and customer complaints

Good understanding of Amazon policies, Account Health, Performance Metrics, and policy compliance
