Who are we?

We are a startup working in nutraceuticals, protein supplements, and skincare products. We are looking for a detail-oriented regulatory compliance reviewer to support our product and operations team.

About the Role:

The role involves reviewing labels, product claims, ingredient declarations, and compliance documents against applicable Indian regulatory requirements. You will help us track updates, flag risks, and support internal product review before launch.

Responsibilities:
- Review product labels, packaging, and claims for compliance (CDSCO, FSSAI, BIS standard awarenes)
- Check documents against relevant Indian regulatory and label requirements.
- Track regulatory updates and summarize key changes.
- Flag gaps, risks, and inconsistencies for the product team.
- Support compliance checks for new product development.
- Work closely with founders and the product team on review cycles.

Preferred Profile:

- Background in pharmacy, food technology, biotechnology, microbiology, chemistry, life sciences, or related fields.
- Professionals (current /retired), homemakers, PG students,



and freelancers with relevant interest or experience are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Prior exposure to FSSAI, CDSCO, label review, or cosmetics/nutraceutical compliance is preferred.

-Age No Bar - Degrees no bar if have relevant experience.

Note for Candidates:

- This is a versatile work from home role .

- Prefer candidates who has an inclination towards clean labels, data analytics.

- Candidate should be pro -active, should help the team with data driven insights, willing to help and multi-task.

- Typical work nature: Not a regular data entry job. Some days will be packed with work, and some days are just another day with boring work. Work will assigned as needed and should be available on call for task completion.
