The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated track record in driving sales initiatives preferably in Media & Entertainment Industry, along with increasing revenue and company visibility. The focus of the role will be to drive sales upwards, increase client retention and revenue and manage a team of sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Formulate and execute integrated sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Lead Generation: Design and evaluate multiple marketing approach to generate high-quality leads.
- Team Leadership: Work with creative team and align with company's goals
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, consumer preferences, and industry trends to identify recent business opportunities.
- Budgeting & Reporting:



Prepare and manage departmental budgets while providing regular reports on ROI and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Client Relations: Manage critical customer accounts and strategic partnerships to build long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record (2–3+ years) in sales operations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate KPIs, interpret data, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for public relations and team collaboration.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with Generative AI, marketing automation tools, and sales analytics.
- Networking : Excellent networking abilities
