We are looking for a highly communicative, creative, and student-focused Student Engagement & Content Creator to manage student queries, create engaging content, support course operations, and strengthen communication with our student community. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with students, writing content, creating social media posts, and managing course-related uploads.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to student queries through WhatsApp, email, social media, calls, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely and helpful information regarding courses, classes, schedules, admissions, fees, and learning-related queries.
- Build positive relationships with students and maintain solid student engagement.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Write captions, announcements, promotional content, educational posts, and student communication materials.
- Create and publish social media posts, reels, stories, and other content as required.
- Upload and manage courses, lessons, study materials, videos, and other resources on the learning platform/LMS.
- Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and internal teams to ensure course content is uploaded accurately and on time.
- Keep students informed about new courses, upcoming classes, events, announcements, and important updates.
- Monitor student feedback and communicate recurring concerns to the relevant team.




- Help improve student experience and engagement through regular communication and creative initiatives.
- Maintain an organized record of student queries, content, course uploads, and communication activities.
- Support online events, webinars, workshops, campaigns, and other student engagement activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong English communication and writing ability.
- Creative approach to content creation and social media.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable communicating with students of different backgrounds and age groups.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to use Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LMS/course management platforms is preferred.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in student support, education, content creation, community management, customer support, or a similar role.
- Experience in an EdTech, coaching, training, or education organization is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
