We are looking for a CNC Quality Control skilled to ensure the quality and dimensional accuracy of machined components.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect CNC machined components as per engineering drawings.
- Read and understand technical drawings, GD&T; and dimensional requirements.
- Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspections.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge and Dial Gauge.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality reports.
- Identify and report dimensional deviations and quality issues.
- Coordinate with CNC operators and production team to resolve quality problems.
- Maintain inspection records and prepare daily quality reports.
- Ensure components meet customer and internal quality standards.
- Follow quality procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CNC Quality Control / Inspection.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding of GD&T;.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a CNC machining/toolroom environment preferred.
