We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution while driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client interactions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, requirement clarification, and Agile ceremonies.
- Prepare process flows, wireframes, use cases, and business documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support project delivery by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills

- 1.5–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services or product-based environment.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies,



and business analysis practices.
- Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow documentation.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of SQL and API concepts.
- Exposure to UI/UX wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
- Experience working on web and mobile application projects.
- Knowledge of UAT planning and execution.
- Certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹414,958.47 - ₹1,524,293.89 per year
