Key Responsibilities

- Verify and process POs for quantity, rates, taxes, terms and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate PO creation as per approved requirements.
- Lead the PO creation team, allocate work and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Accounts and Vendors.
- Resolve PO discrepancies and ensure timely amendments.
- Track pending POs, approvals and deliveries.
- Maintain PO records and prepare purchase reports.
- Ensure procurement SOPs are followed and minimize errors.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement/PO Management.
- Strong knowledge of PO processes and procurement practices.
- Experience in team handling/coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Garment/Apparel/Textile/Trading industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
