Job Description

Elements Organics is looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting our organic products, developing new business opportunities, visiting supermarkets and retail outlets, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market Elements Organics products in retail and supermarket outlets.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit supermarkets, stores, and potential clients regularly.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.




- Coordinate with purchase managers and store management.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / FMCG / Retail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience dealing with supermarkets, retail stores, or FMCG products will be an advantage.
- Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, and English.

Salary & Benefits

₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
