Job Description – Senior Account Manager – Digital

· Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact.

· Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies.

· Lead integrated digital campaigns across Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and other digital platforms.

· Develop campaign briefs, presentations, proposals, media plans, and strategic recommendations.

· Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Media Planning, Content, and Design.

· Monitor campaign execution, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and overall quality.

· Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports and presentations for clients.

· Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling of digital services.

· Handle client meetings, reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions independently.

· Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and maintain strong client satisfaction.

· Work closely with senior management on account strategy, revenue growth, and business development.

· Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, consumer behavior,



and industry developments.

· Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

· 4–8 years of experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, or an advertising agency.

· Robust experience in client servicing and account management.

· Experience working with digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.

· Good understanding of performance marketing, media planning, social media, content, and digital strategy.

· Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand campaign performance metrics and digital marketing reports.

· Strong project management and team coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently.

· Experience working in a digital agency / integrated advertising agency is preferred.
