Job Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Answer questions related to products, services, orders, payments, or complaints.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Record customer details, complaints, and call information in the system.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned customer service and call-handling targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills:

- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Hindi and English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Freshers can be considered depending on the company requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
