Job Summary
The Modular Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the complete on-site execution of modular furniture projects, ensuring installation quality, timely completion, client satisfaction, and adherence to safety and company standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, production, project teams, contractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end site execution of modular furniture installation projects.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Coordinate with production, design, and project teams for material and installation readiness.
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors at project sites.
- Ensure installations are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues, design deviations, and execution challenges.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants during project execution.
- Verify material receipt and ensure proper utilization at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct final inspections, snag rectification, and project handover to clients.
- Support post-installation service requirements and customer concerns.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of modular furniture installation and interior fit-out processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and furniture layouts.
- Good project coordination and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the modular furniture industry.
Preferred Attributes
- Strong leadership and site management capabilities.
- Client-focused approach with attention to quality and timelines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
