About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and versatile AI Engineer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge Generative AI workflows, focusing on multi-agent system orchestration and advanced media generation. If you have a solid technical foundation in C#, hands-on expertise with generative image/video models, and experience building multi-agent AI ecosystems, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Agent Orchestration: Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows where multiple AI agents coordinate, synchronize, and exchange context seamlessly to execute complex tasks.
- C# Backend Integration: Develop robust, clean, and scalable backend services in C# to integrate AI workflows, orchestrate models, and handle application logic.
- Generative AI Prompting & Optimization: Craft, benchmark, and fine-tune complex prompts and control parameters for state-of-the-art image and video generation models (e.g., Midjourney, Secure Diffusion, Runway, Sora, Flux, or similar tools).
- LLM & Model Integration: Implement and evaluate modern Large Language Models (LLMs) to power intelligent agent communication,



decision-making, and automation.
- Pipeline Optimization: Continuously test and refine media generation pipelines to ensure high-quality output, low latency, and reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications

- C# Proficiency: Hands-on software development experience using C# (.NET framework/Core) to build application backends and system logic.
- Agentic Workflows & Multi-Agent Systems: Demonstrated experience building multi-agent systems (e.g., using frameworks like AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or custom orchestration loops) where multiple specialized agents collaborate.
- Generative AI Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of current GenAI concepts, LLMs, diffusion models, and video synthesis technologies.
- Media Prompt Engineering: Proven experience crafting and optimizing prompts for image/video generation platforms (Midjourney, Reliable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, or equivalent tools) to achieve specific aesthetic and functional outputs.
- Problem-Solving & Autonomy: Ability to operate independently in a remote setting, rapidly prototype solutions, and meet 3-month contract milestones.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
