About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-networked qualified to join our Fund Raising /
Investor Relations team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with Family Offices,
Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) funds, and Ultra High Net-worth Individuals
(UHNIs) to raise capital on behalf of our clients. This role requires strong relationship
management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to represent client investment
opportunities credibly to sophisticated investors. Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and build relationships with Family Offices, VC/PE funds,
UHNIs, and other institutional/private investors for client fundraising mandates. Present client business plans, investment theses, and financial models to prospective
investors in a clear and compelling manner. Coordinate and schedule investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-up discussions. Prepare and customize pitch decks, information memorandums, and other fundraising
collateral in coordination with the internal team. Maintain and continuously expand a database/CRM of investor contacts, tracking
engagement history and investment appetite. Act as a key liaison between clients and investors throughout the due diligence and
negotiation process. Keep abreast of market trends, investor sentiment, sector-specific funding activity,
and competitor fundraising developments. Collaborate with internal research, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth deal
execution. Provide regular status updates and fundraising progress reports to internal
stakeholders and clients.
Represent the firm at industry events, investor conferences, and networking forums to
build the firm's visibility and investor network.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investment banking, private
equity/venture capital, wealth management, or financial advisory. Demonstrated experience engaging with Family Offices, VC/PE funds, or UHNI
investors is strongly preferred. Prior exposure to pitching, deal structuring, or investor relations will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently engage senior
investors and decision-makers. Good understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and investment
structures (equity, debt, structured deals). Proven networking ability and an existing relationship base with investors is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential
client and investor information. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing
environment. Willingness to travel for investor meetings and industry events, as required. Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
