Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: Engineering Graduate / B.Sc. (Physics & Mathematics)
Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant tenders on GEM, CPP and other tender portals
Prepare and submit online & offline tender bids
Handle quotations, technical/commercial documents and bid submissions
Communicate and coordinate with clients and OEMs
Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate with concerned teams
Follow up with clients regarding tender status and submissions
Ensure timely submission of bids and required documents
Maintain proper records of tenders, quotations and follow-ups
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in Tendering for Industrial Products
- Hands-on knowledge of GEM Portal, CPP Portal & State Tender Portals
- Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Result-oriented and detail-focused approach
Preferred Qualification:
Engineering Graduate in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics or B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics
