Role:
Responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing products, ensuring quality standards, handling customer quality concerns, and coordinating with factories/vendors for corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products as per engineering drawings, dimensions, fitment, and quality standards.
- Conduct visual and pre-dispatch inspections for defects, rust, dents, and finishing issues.
- Prepare inspection reports using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Visit factories for product and manufacturing capability inspections.
- Analyze customer quality complaints and coordinate corrective actions with factories.
- Maintain quality records and ensure non-repetition of defects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of QC experience; Pneumatic Tools experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Air Gauge, etc.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of steel grades and industrial quality standards.
- Robust analytical, inspection, and coordination skills.
