Facto builds operations software for mid-sized Indian manufacturers (₹50–2000+ Cr turnover). We

map how a factory actually runs — orders, production, inventory, dispatch, payments — and give

the owner one system that runs it all. Every customer who has ever started with Facto still uses it

daily. Zero churn.

We are founder-led and growing on our own profits. You will be one of our first sales hires — selling

alongside the founders and getting us into rooms we have no business being in yet.

THE ROLE

Factory owners don't find software on Google. They buy from people they trust — people who've

walked their belts for years. That's you.

Your job in one line: work your network, walk the clusters, build our introducer channels, put

founders in front of owners in pain.

Your territory is the industrial heart of your city:

Jaipur: VKI, Sitapura, Malviya Industrial Area, Sanganer/Bagru, and the belts around them

NCR: Faridabad, IMT Manesar, Okhla, Noida, Sahibabad

Your week runs on four motions:

1. Your Network — the owners who already know your face from years in the belt. You

re-open those doors, now for Facto.

2.Factory visits — walking clusters, meeting owners and plant heads, scoring their pain

against our framework, booking demo meetings that the founders close.

3.The back doors — machine dealers, CAs, suppliers, bank RMs, ex-Tally/Marg partners,

association circles. You recruit them as introducers (they earn on every deal they bring),

keep them warm, and own this channel.

4.Referral chains — every conversation, even the rejections, ends with “Which owner-friend

of yours has this same problem?”

Facto — For the True Industrialist. You'll sell shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders:



you get us into the room and own the

relationship; founders run the demo and the close — for now. Master the product, and the close

becomes yours. That path is real, and it's written down.

WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE — HONESTLY

- Full field days walking clusters — 7–10 factory visits on door days, one belt at a time, on your

own two-wheeler, in every season

- Chai meetings with dealers, CAs, and connectors who become your referral engine
- Conversations in Hindi with promoters, GMs, plant heads — past gates, past gatekeepers; a

plant floor at 9 am and a promoter's cabin at 11 am

- Every visit and every partner touch logged in Neev the same day — what isn't written didn't

happen, and that rule applies to everyone here

- A daily 15-minute sync and a weekly ride-along with the founders
- Rejection, heat, chai at the gate — and the owner who says “finally, someone gets it.

” That last

one is why the job exists.

WHO THRIVES HERE

- 5–10 years of field sales to factory and business owners — machinery, industrial consumables,

SME lending, or the Tally/Marg/Busy ecosystem — and you are still personally in the field

today. If you've graduated to a desk and a team, this isn't your job.





- A live network: owners in your city's belts who would take your call this week. In the interview,

we'll ask you to open your phone and show us. We mean it.

- Street smart over MBA smart — you know who the real decision-maker is, who influences them,

and how to move both

- Trusted first, then bought from — because you're genuinely curious, not because you read a

sales book

- Fluent Hindi, own vehicle, already living in your city's industrial world
- Hungry: you've hit the ceiling where you are, and you want a job where the ceiling is yours to

set

You don't need polished English, a SaaS background, or an MBA. We'll teach you the product. We

can't teach hunger, trust, or years of relationships.
