Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to manage client communication, follow-ups, and relationship handling efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls, messages, and email communication
- Regular follow-up with clients for documents and updates
- Maintain client database and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Ensure timely response and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Kannada & English preferred)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Experience:
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
