We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Outreach & Publisher Relations Executive who has experience in identifying website contacts, communicating with publishers, negotiating publication opportunities, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have basic SEO knowledge, understand different link attributes, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Research and identify website owners, editors, and decision-makers using various online tools and techniques.

•⁠ ⁠Extract accurate contact information (emails, LinkedIn profiles, contact forms, social media, etc.) from websites.

•⁠ ⁠Reach out to publishers through email and other communication channels.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate pricing, publication terms, turnaround time, and placement requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain long-term relationships with website owners and publishers.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up consistently until a response or final decision is received.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain records of outreach, negotiations, pricing, and publisher responses.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful order completion.

•⁠ ⁠Keep the publisher database updated with current pricing, contact details, and website status.





Required Skills & Qualifications

### Outreach & Negotiation

•⁠ ⁠Experience in website outreach and publisher communication.

•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal English communication.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to build skilled relationships with publishers.

•⁠ ⁠Confidence in handling pricing discussions and resolving objections.

### Research Skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to find website owner details using:

* Website Contact pages

* LinkedIn

* WHOIS (where available)

* Hunter.io, Apollo, RocketReach, or similar tools

* Social media platforms

•⁠ ⁠Strong internet research skills.

### SEO Knowledge (Basic to Intermediate)

Candidate should have a basic understanding of:

•⁠ ⁠*DoFollow vs NoFollow links*

•⁠ ⁠*Sponsored and UGC link attributes*

•⁠ ⁠Meta Title & Meta Description

•⁠ ⁠Basic On-Page SEO

•⁠ ⁠Anchor Text optimization

•⁠ ⁠Internal & External Linking

•⁠ ⁠Link Insertions

•⁠ ⁠Guest Posting

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR), Organic Traffic, and Spam Score.
