- Supervise day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry and other facility-related services.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety and overall upkeep of the facility.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and facility requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, AMC services, consumables and inventory.
- Ensure proper availability and functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other essential systems.
- Handle facility-related complaints and coordinate with the concerned teams for quick resolution.
- Monitor staff attendance, work allocation and performance of facility support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, emergency procedures and organizational policies.
- Support audits, inspections and statutory requirements related to facility management.
- Prepare regular reports on facility operations, maintenance and pending issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
