Job Role

We are looking for a Junior Architect with basic knowledge of Real Estate, Architecture, and Construction to assist in residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Assist in residential building design and planning.
- Visit construction sites and coordinate with the site team.
- Take site measurements and prepare drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Assist in material selection and project execution.
- Make drawing revisions as per client and site requirements.
- Support the team in construction and real estate projects.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software is an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of building construction and materials.




- Basic understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to visit construction sites.

Preferred

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in real estate or construction will be an added advantage.
