Position: International Sales & Marketing / CRM Executive
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:
International Sales & Marketing
Coordinate with overseas distributors, clients and business partners
Support international marketing campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events
Prepare presentations, proposals and reports for international stakeholders
Prepare export quotations, commercial documents and related documentation
Handle cold calling, networking and brand representation
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and customs clearance
Track sales milestones and analyze sales performance
CRM Management
Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools such as Zoho/Excel
Monitor client interactions, follow-ups and communication
Generate CRM reports for sales forecasting and pipeline management
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Operational Support
Assist with business agreements, contracts and negotiation documents
Coordinate logistics for international shipments
Support international trade compliance and certification requirements
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in International Sales Coordination, Marketing or CRM Management
- Robust knowledge of CRM tools – Zoho, Salesforce or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Strong coordination, analytical and relationship-management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
