Import Shipment Tracking Executive

Experience - 2-5 yrs Import & Logistics

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities -

Track and monitor import shipments from origin to final delivery.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and internal teams.

Maintain and update shipment tracking reports and documentation.

Follow up on shipment status, ETAs, vessel schedules, arrival notices, and delivery updates.

Coordinate for import documentation and ensure documents are received on time.

Monitor customs clearance and delivery status.

Identify shipment delays and coordinate with relevant parties for timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records of import shipments and provide regular status updates to management.

Handle emails and day-to-day communication related to import shipments.





Ensure timely coordination for container pickup, transportation, and delivery.

Perform other import/logistics-related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements -

Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience in Import / Export / Logistics / Shipment Tracking will be an advantage.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Robust coordination and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and follow up on deadlines.

Candidates who are detail-oriented and responsible are preferred.
