Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the smooth functioning of our accounts department.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
- Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payments
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, bills and payment records
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank statements
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting work
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements
- Manage accounting data using Tally Prime and BUSY Software

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime, BUSY Software, MS Excel and GST




- Hands-on experience with BUSY Software is preferred
- Understanding of bookkeeping and taxation

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
