Position: Football Coach / Football Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Football Coach to join Golden Eagle Football Academy. The coach will be responsible for conducting structured football training sessions, developing players' technical and physical abilities, maintaining discipline, and creating a positive and motivating environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular football training sessions for children and young players.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate training drills and activities.
- Teach fundamental football skills including:
- Passing
- Dribbling
- Ball control
- Shooting
- Defending
- Positioning
- Teamwork and game awareness
- Develop players' fitness, coordination, agility, speed, and stamina.
- Conduct warm-up and cool-down sessions during every training session.
- Organize practice matches and small-sided games.
- Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and track player performance and development.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a protected training environment.
- Motivate players and encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and confidence.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding player progress when required.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Report any injuries,



incidents, or concerns to the academy management immediately.
- Follow all academy rules, training schedules, and management instructions.
- Participate in tournaments, events, trials, and academy activities when required.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of football fundamentals, rules, and training techniques.
- Previous coaching experience with children will be an advantage.
- Football playing/coaching experience preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, energetic, and responsible.
- Ability to handle children patiently and professionally.
- Ability to work as part of a coaching and management team.
- Relevant football coaching certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Age Groups

The coach may be required to train children in different age groups, depending on academy requirements.

Age Group: 1.5 years onwards

Working Hours

Training sessions will generally be conducted during morning and evening hours, depending on the academy's schedule.

Salary

Salary/Session Charges: To be discussed based on experience, qualifications, and coaching ability.
