Junior Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant

Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to assist in day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Prepare and update accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
- Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain vendor and customer account statements.
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
- Assist seniors during audits and financial reviews.





Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant commerce qualification.

Experience:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of GST and taxation basics.
- Experience working in manufacturing/trading company will be an advantage.
