Role Overview

THE CTC AGENCY is looking for a curious and research-oriented R&D; Intern to support the team in researching emerging technologies, tools, products, market trends, business ideas, and innovative solutions.

The intern will work on research, analysis, experimentation, documentation, and proof-of-concept activities across technology and business-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on emerging technologies, software, platforms, tools, and digital solutions.
- Research new products, services, competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
- Identify potential technologies and solutions that can improve existing business processes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze information from reliable sources.
- Compare different technologies, platforms, tools, and solutions based on defined requirements.
- Assist in developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and experimental solutions.
- Test new software, applications, APIs, platforms, and technology products.
- Support feasibility studies and technology evaluations.
- Conduct basic technical and functional experiments.
- Document research findings, observations, test results, and recommendations.
- Prepare research reports, comparison sheets, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Assist senior team members in innovation and product-development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology adoption.
- Monitor relevant technology and industry developments.
- Collaborate with technology, business, marketing, and operations teams when required.

- Candidates with personal projects, research work, technical experiments, certifications, or portfolios will be preferred.
