Job Summary
Expand FMCG product penetration across retail markets through systematic outlet visits, order collection and merchandising. Build robust retailer relationships, improve product availability and achieve assigned sales and outlet-coverage targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the daily beat route covering 30–40 retail outlets.
- Collect orders and ensure accurate billing through the distributor.
- Maintain product shelf presence and display standards at each outlet.
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve outlet-level complaints.
- Identify opportunities to add new retail outlets to the assigned route.
- Collect payments and report daily collection figures.
- Execute promotional packs, schemes and point-of-sale display activities.
- Report daily sales, outlet coverage and market feedback.
- Achieve daily sales value and outlet-coverage targets.
Requirements
- 12th / Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in FMCG or retail field sales.
- Retail outlet coverage and beat planning skills.
- Order booking and merchandising knowledge.
- Payment collection and customer handling skills.
- Basic market reporting and competitor observation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Tamil communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
