Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 5+ years of professional experience in the IT/technology sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, branding, social media creatives, and digital content production.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics, banners, social media creatives, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Design engaging visual content for websites, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
- Edit and produce professional videos for social media, corporate presentations, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and short-form video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, business development, and content teams to understand creative requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Retouch and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, video-editing techniques, social media formats, and industry standards.
- Manage and organize design files, video assets, templates, and other creative resources.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing,



preferably within the IT/technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant design/video tools.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, branding, and visual communication.
- Good knowledge of video editing, transitions, sound synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing content.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio will be highly valued.

Preferred

- Experience working with IT/software companies, SaaS businesses, digital agencies, or technology brands.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing capabilities.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative/design tools is an added advantage.
