Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team in Panchmahal. The candidate will be responsible for raw material testing, in-process quality inspection, finished product testing, batch approval, quality documentation, and handling quality-related issues in waterproofing and construction chemical products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct inspection and testing of incoming raw materials as per approved specifications.
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and mixing.
- Conduct quality testing of finished waterproofing and construction chemical products.
- Check parameters such as viscosity, pH, density, appearance, solid content, setting/drying time, adhesion and other product-specific parameters.
- Prepare and maintain QC reports, batch records, test reports and COA (Certificate of Analysis).
- Ensure finished products meet defined quality standards before release.
- Identify and report non-conformities, deviations and quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams for corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in investigation and resolution of customer quality complaints.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure timely calibration of testing instruments.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and documentation in the quality laboratory.

Required Qualification

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical Engineering,



Diploma Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in waterproofing chemicals, construction chemicals, paints, coatings, adhesives or chemical manufacturing will be preferred.

Required Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control / QC Laboratory / Chemical Manufacturing.
- Freshers with relevant educational background may also be considered for a Junior QC position.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of chemical testing and laboratory procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and QC documentation.
- Knowledge of COA, SOP, MSDS/SDS and batch documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

What We Are Looking For

A quality-focused and detail-oriented candidate who can independently handle routine laboratory testing, identify quality deviations and coordinate with the Production/R&D; team to maintain consistent product quality.
