Triangular Dots Creative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, driven and client-focused Manager – Business Development & Client Servicing who can build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and independently manage projects from brief to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities and actively build a strong client pipeline.
- Identify and connect with relevant brands, marketing teams and corporate decision-makers.
- Understand client briefs and develop impactful event, activation and experiential marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, concepts and commercial pitches in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities to grow business from current accounts.
- Lead client servicing from briefing and planning through execution and closure.
- Coordinate closely with creative, production and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage timelines, budgets, negotiations and client expectations.
- Ensure regular follow-ups on proposals,
pitches and business leads.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in events, experiential marketing, activations or an advertising/marketing agency.
- Strong experience in Business Development + Client Servicing.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident in pitching ideas and interacting with senior-level clients.
- Robust commercial understanding with a revenue and growth mindset.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing corporate/brand relationships would be an advantage.
