Job Title: Support Engineer (3–4 Years Experience)
Duration: It will be a contract to hire based on the performance for initial 3-6 months.
Location: Noida, UP (Compulsorily work from office)
Shift: AEST time zone on rotation (AEST is Australian Eastern Standard)
Start/End Date: Immediate

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Support Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in application support, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Python, AWS, SQL, and CI/CD practices, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues across applications, databases, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 application support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues within defined SLAs.
- Monitor, acknowledge, prioritize, and escalate incidents based on business impact and urgency while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Application Development, Database, and Infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
- Support AI-enabled applications leveraging Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Integrate and support AI models through APIs and maintain REST-based microservices.




- Manage and troubleshoot applications deployed on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, troubleshoot database-related issues, and improve application performance.
- Maintain source code using GitHub and support build, deployment, and release processes through Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
- Troubleshoot cross-functional issues spanning applications, databases, storage, systems, and networking.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in application/support engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Document Processing, Call Processing, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience integrating AI models using APIs.
- Robust SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
