- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.
- Ensure production is completed as per quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower, and production efficiency.
- Analyze production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
- Ensure proper setup and operation of machines and production processes.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime, and production losses.
- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company work instructions.
- Monitor production process parameters and ensure process control.
- Support new product development, process improvement, and line balancing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
