Job Summary
P&R; Infraprojects Ltd. is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Mechanical Engineer with an M.Tech qualification to support mechanical activities at our infrastructure and construction project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor mechanical works at project sites.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, inspection, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and tools.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, inspection records, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with project, civil, electrical, procurement, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality,
and project specifications.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for mechanical works and equipment requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned mechanical activities.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- Good knowledge of mechanical equipment and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic engineering software.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
