Elysium Academy is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor – Business Development to drive student enrolments, academic counselling, lead conversion, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable technical and career-oriented courses.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, social media, and other channels.
- Convert enquiries and qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, outreach, events, seminars, and institutional connections.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Business
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation,



and sales skills.
- Good knowledge of Business Development and Lead Conversion.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Experience in the Education / EdTech / Training industry will be an added advantage.
