About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PLC Operator to manage and optimize automated systems in our cattle feed plant. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting PLC-controlled machinery to ensure smooth feed production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- System Operation: Operate and monitor PLC-controlled equipment including batching, mixing, pelleting, and packaging units.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in automation systems to minimize downtime.
- Process Optimization: Adjust PLC parameters to improve efficiency, accuracy, and product consistency.
- Maintenance Support: Assist maintenance teams in preventive and corrective actions on automated machinery.
- Data Recording: Maintain accurate logs of system performance, alarms, and production reports.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to plant safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Education:



Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in PLC operation, preferably in feed mills, food processing, or manufacturing plants.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar), SCADA systems, and automation controls.
- Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and respond to urgent breakdowns.
