Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for interior fit-out and renovation projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, carpentry, furniture, ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and related works.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for interior works.
- Estimate material, labor, subcontractor, transportation, and installation costs.
- Prepare project quotations and commercial proposals.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work to identify project requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Check material specifications, quantities, and current market rates.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare variation and additional-work estimates.
- Maintain updated material and labor rate databases.
- Assist in negotiating rates with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure estimates and quotations are submitted within deadlines.

Requirements





- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior estimation or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret interior/architectural drawings.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation software is preferred.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Residential, commercial, office, hospitality, or retail interior projects.
- Turnkey interior projects and fit-out works.
- Vendor and subcontractor rate negotiation.
- Preparing estimates from concept/design drawings through execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
