Job Summary

G8 IndoGulf Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and overall financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure accurate accounting and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Manage statutory compliance, GST, TDS, taxation, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.




- Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Relevant experience in finance and accounting management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage financial operations independently and meet deadlines.
- Candidates aged up to 40 years are preferred.
