The Field Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with field partners in Vadodara. They will work closely with the Field Partner Team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with field partners in Vadodara.
- Collaborate with the Field Partner Team to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Provide support and guidance to field partners to meet program objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate field partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of field partner network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Field Partner Team department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
