Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counsellors (Domestic) to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and have experience in outbound calling or telesales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Counsel customers regarding courses/services and resolve their queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow up with interested candidates to maximize conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate preferred.
Undergraduates are also eligible (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand).
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience in Outbound Telecalling, Telesales, or Lead Generation.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience Required
6 Months to 8 Years in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday Fixed Off

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (In Hand) (Based on experience and interview performance)
