About the Role:

WeCredit is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build partnerships and expand our lending ecosystem.

We are primarily open to candidates from AdTech, MarTech, Digital Platforms, FinTech, and NBFC/BFSI with experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, negotiate, and onboard Banks, NBFCs, lending partners, and financial institutions.
- Build strategic partnerships with AdTech/MarTech companies, digital platforms, and other relevant businesses.
- Own partnerships end-to-end from prospecting and negotiations to onboarding and relationship management.
- Build a pipeline of strategic partners and identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Work with Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other teams for smooth partner execution.
- Manage existing partnerships and drive growth and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Alliances,



Enterprise Partnerships, or Business Development.
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, Digital Platforms, FinTech, NBFC/BFSI, or technology-driven businesses.
- Hands-on experience identifying, negotiating, and onboarding Banks, NBFCs, or lending partners is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently drive high-value partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid network across AdTech, Digital, FinTech, or BFSI is an advantage.
