About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Catalog Executive to manage and maintain product listings across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

Ideal candidate who have an interest in e-commerce, product data, Excel/Google Sheets, data analytics, or digital operations. Candidates with an educational background in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or a relevant field are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, images, SKUs, pricing, and inventory information.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and consistent across platforms.
- Upload and manage product catalogs according to marketplace guidelines.
- Identify and correct catalog errors, missing information, duplicate listings, and content issues.
- Maintain SKU and product master data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, pricing, inventory, and other catalog requirements.
- Monitor product listings and resolve issues related to catalog quality and product visibility.
- Perform basic data analysis and prepare catalog-related reports.
- Follow marketplace-specific cataloging standards and continuously improve listing quality.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data management and data analysis.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of product data.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces is an advantage.
- Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and marketplace processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1-6 months of experience in e-commerce cataloging, data entry, marketplace operations, or a related role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed education in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or related fields will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, and basic data cleaning will be an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in e-commerce operations and catalog management.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

- Salt Lake City, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
