Novaneo Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Executive to manage the financial transactions and invoicing processes of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all patient billing is accurate, transparent, and processed in a timely manner.

- Role: Medical Billing Executive
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Generation: Accurate preparation and processing of OPD and IPD bills, ensuring all consultations, procedures, and medicines are correctly accounted for.
- Insurance & TPA Processing: Coordinating with the TPA desk for cashless approvals and ensuring all documentation for insurance claims is complete and error-free.
- Payment Collection: Managing cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions, and providing daily collection reports to the management.
- Discharge Formalities: Facilitating the final billing process during patient discharge to ensure a smooth and quick exit for the family.
- Query Resolution: Addressing patient or relative concerns regarding billing discrepancies with patience and clarity.




- Record Maintenance: Maintaining organized files of all invoices, receipts, and financial documents for audit purposes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com or Graduate in a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in medical billing or hospital accounts.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and accounting software.
- Solid command of MS Excel for maintaining data sheets.
- Core Competencies:
- High level of mathematical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak discharge hours.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling financial data.
